Adult Relaxation Room

Meditation and relaxation exercises can take some time to get used to, and they don't always work right away. Give some a try and don't worry if you find yourself getting distracted part way through. Keep coming back and trying them. These exercises can be helpful when you're feeling worried or stressed, but it can also be helpful to practice then during times when you're feeling relaxed and calm.
