Ashleigh Mondoux, MSW, LICSW
Practice Owner
I have been working with children, adults and families for 16 years in a variety of settings, and I have experience treating people struggling with a range of challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral struggles, parenting, relationships, life transitions and families in crisis. I utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches tailored to meet your needs, and I have specialized training in family systems therapy and TF-CBT (Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy).
I believe in meeting each person where they are at, and will partner with you as we explore ways to help you achieve your goals. My therapeutic approach has been described as non-judgmental, down to earth, realistic and supportive, with some humor thrown in. Let's talk to see if my approach and areas of expertise are the right match for you. In addition to my clinical experience, I have many years of experience supervising and training clinicians, and as an administrator for a community mental health agency. I also have experience providing consultation and support to schools, child protection agencies and other human service professionals. In my free time, I enjoy playing tennis, traveling with my husband and spending time with my family, friends and my dog, Willow. |
